Osaka Man Started a Fire at Video Parlor Killing 15, Injuring 10
More victims of a dysfunctional society
Kazuhiro Ogawa, 46, of Osaka Prefecture, has allegedly admitted to starting the fire which killed 15 and injured another ten in an all-night video parlor. One of the injured was in critical condition and two others were in serious condition, reports said.
Most of the victims had slight burns, but died of carbon monoxide poisoning, police investigators said. (Source)
